Rose Quartz

Rose quartz is the stone of the heart, unconditional love and associated with the heart chakra. It is great for enhancing love, romance, intimacy, and attracting new love. It is the stone that heals emotional wounds, increases compassion, peace, and increases the capacity to give and receive unconditional love. Rose quartz also helps make a spiritual connection to the earth, the universe, and the divine.

Use this stone with your I Am ritual body oil that is included in this box.  You can also use it with the I am Worthy oil.

Selenite

This shape of selenite is great for cutting cords and removing energetic blockages within ones body.  Sweep the selenite about 6" away from your body.  Sweep your arms, legs, torso, and feel your energy being cleansed.

Selenite is associated with the moon and lunar energy.  It helps with your emotional well-being and also connections to the unconscious and subconscious mind.  It also connects to angels and high-frequency spirit guides.

Black Tourmaline

Black tourmaline is amazing to hold when you are dealing with anxiety. It pulls negative energy out of your energy field, allowing you to ground with the Earth.  It is also high protective, acting as a psychic shield to dispel negative energies and entities. 

It is great to use as needed, during meditation sessions, and in protection grids.  This crystal can be used when working with the I Am Fearless oil.

Fear is the killer of dreams and can stop you from achieving your highest timeline.  This oil releases fear from the mind and body.  You will feel a sense of calm and peace as your nervous system regulates.  As the fear dissolve, you will feel empowered and unstoppable.

Suggested Rituals

This month's box of products are meant to be used on a daily basis!

You can mix and match your ritual body oils during day and night while reciting your affirmations.

 

Tealight Rituals!

Even though these are small rituals, you can still do the following to channel as much power into your spell as possible.

Setup

Choose a tealight of choice from this box.

For example, choose the green tealight and on a piece of paper, write your name and underneath, write, "I am a money magnet." Hold the candle in your hands and infuse it with your energy and intentions.

Place the tealight on a plate and add a small ring of sea salt around the candle.

Place your letter underneath the plate or candle.

Light your candle and meditate with the spell for around 10 minutes.  Place your hands outright and send energy to your spell for as long as you feel guided to do so.  Allow yourself to connect with the energy of the spell.
