Prior to listening, prepare your space and your physical vessel for the most powerful experience. For your first time listening to the session, choose a space that you will not be interrupted during the session. Clean, light some incense, set the mood! It is recommend to listen to this at least twice a week. A great time to listen to it is before bed. Do the same thing. Make sure your room is cleansed,
To cleanse, you can use Florida Water, sage, etc.

Before Your Spell
Cleanse and clean your ritual space. Doing this creates a sacred area for casting and helps cast clear intentions to your guides and the Universe.
Apply the Sugar Baby ritual body oil all over your body.
Now you are ready to cast!
Protection Before Casting
This is an important process of spell work. It protects you and your spell from any outside interference. You can perform the protection practice of your choice, or for beginners, you can use this blog to call in the corners and protect in more of a traditional way.
The Spell!
Setup: Pick a plate that will hold your Sugar Daddy spell candle. I recommend picking a pretty dish for this spell or an antique metal tray. Just make sure you cleanse it so it is spell ready!
Place the pillar candle in the center of the plate and place the Sugar baby ritual salt around the candle.
Place the Rose Quartz and Amazonite on each side of the spell.
Write a letter of your intentions and place it under the plate.
For your intention letter, write intentions of what want to call in as well as what you want to heal.
For example: "Heal my heart so I can be more receptive to blessings from the Universe."
Listen to the Sugar Baby of the Universe Energy session and let it activate you and your spell! Light each day for at least 30 minutes and allow yourself to be receptive to blessings from the Universe!
