Inner Temple Salt Scrub

This scrub is filled with herbs and essences that help you take care of your body, inside and out. It is an energy that will motivate you to make positive changes to your lifestyle that support your inner temple. Our bodies are sacred and this body scrub supports that.

You may have goals to drink more water, start up a new exercise routine, or perhaps make healthier food choices. This salt scrub will aid you in that journey. 

Salt scrubs are also great to remove dead skin cells and exfoliate the skin. You can use this scrub 2-3 times a week or when you feel you need that extra amount of cleansing.

Directions:
Scoop some salt scrub in a bowl and bring with you into the shower or bath.  Avoid getting water into your jar.  Use in downward or upward motion envisioning your goals  for honoring your inner temple. 

Why Dendritic salt?

Dendritic salt is the finest grain salt and absorbs oils very well and is the least abrasive salt. The scrub feels very soft to the touch. For those that are sensitive and still find the scrub too abrasive, add a little water to your hand before applying to the skin. The water will break it down.
